Our CS also has over 15 years of new home construction experience and is involved during the consultation phase as well, offering suggestions to assure the build will go as smoothly as possible. He will continue to provide weekly updates as to the progress of your home throughout the build providing you insight and a reliable timeline, as you prepare to move.
He takes great pride in the homes that he builds, as if he were building each home for his own family.

Our team will come together to complete a new home orientation with you so that you better understand how your new home will function. We will compile a final punch out list together, and complete those agreed upon items prior to closing.
We will also coordinate closing with your chosen loan officer and guide you through your move.

Founder
Jill Marks Lorentz, Owner & Real Estate Broker
Jill developed a passion for real estate as a young girl in Georgetown, Ohio watching family build and remodel homes, then studying drafting & design in high school and college. Jill dabbled in rehabbing while working in the business world for a few years after college, focusing on investments, and ultimately earned her MBA.
In 2003 she could no longer resist her passion and began working for Butler County's largest home builder and developer. She has learned a great deal working for, and with, some of the largest home builders in the tri-state area and has earned several top awards.
Jill began buying and rehabbing properties in 1999, a new home consultant in 2003, became a licensed Realtor in 2005, a Broker in 2008, and was awarded, purchased, and opened her first RE/MAX franchise in 2017. In 2019 she purchased our current location and rehabbed, breathing new life into, the 100-year-old Brown County National Bank building in the heart of Mt. Orab. Then in 2022 she was awarded another RE/MAX franchise in Georgetown and will be open in the same storefront on the Courthouse Square as her family's clothing store when she was a child.
Realizing the demand for affordable, quality homes in the area, and the desire of our clients to customize their new homes, White Oak Homes was created in 2019.
